If feels like only yesterday that I leaned back in this chair wondering how best to introduce you all to the ‘new’ Chromium-based web browser Vivaldi. Vivaldi 5.0 on Android introduces something of a first: a two-row tab bar Thankfully I didn’t need to think too hard.
