KDE Plasma 6.4.1 Update Disables ‘Seizure Triggering’ Effect

Now, it’s not like KDE desktop was tripping the light fantastic, but the “highlight window” effect enabled by default for Task Manager thumbnails could, under a specific workflow, result in enough screen flickering at frequencies which trigger seizures in those susceptible.
