End Crystal is a Minecraft item that is found in the end dimensions on all the towers around Ender Dragon. It is a craftable item that cannot be mined and if you click on it, it will explode immediately. It is used to respawn an Ender Dragon if you defeated it once and also being used as a decoration in different structures and buildings of Minecraft.

In this tutorial, I will explain how you can make an End Crystal in Minecraft.

How to Make an End Crystal in Minecraft?

To craft an End Crystal, we require these three things:

• Eye of Ender
• Ghast Tear
• Glass

1: How to Craft the Eye of Ender in Minecraft

It is an item you can craft using Ender Pearl and Blaze Powder. You can obtain an Ender Pearl by killing an Enderman, bartering with a Piglin, or trading with a level V cleric. Here is the snapshot of two endermans.

To get Blaze Powder, you first need to obtain Blaze Rods. You can get these Blaze Rods by killing a Blaze, who spawned at the nether fortress.

Now simply convert those Blaze Rods into Blaze Powder using the crafting table, each Blaze Rod will give two Blaze Powders.

You can now turn that Ender Pearl into an Eye of Ender using the crafting recipe below on a crafting table.

2: How to Obtain Ghast Tears in Minecraft?

It is an item that can only be obtained by killing a mob named “Ghast”. It is only found in the nether and quite difficult to beat as it floats around and also throws fire charge on players. Kill it using a bow (just like I did here) to obtain a ghast tear.

3: How to Obtain Glass in Minecraft?

Glass is a decoration item made by smelting sand in Minecraft; smelt a few blocks of sand in a furnace to get glass for your crafting recipe.

Crafting End Crystal in Minecraft

To craft an End Crystal, place all three items, 7 glass blocks, the eye of the ender, and ghast tear in the given order on the crafting table.

This is how you can craft End Crystals in Minecraft. You can only place it on obsidian or a bedrock block and once you place it, it can’t be picked up again. Here is a snapshot of what an End Crystal is.

What are the Uses of End Crystals in Minecraft?

The main use of End Crystals is to respawn Ender Dragon once it is defeated as in the snapshot, I used 4 End Crystals to respawn the dragon.

It is also used as a decoration block and a lot of players use it in combats against other players.

Using a Ghast Tear, Eye of Ender, and 7 glass blocks, you can easily craft this block, which can be used to increase the charm of your building as a unique block.
