pspp @ Savannah: PSPP 2.0.0-pre3 has been released

I'm very pleased to announce the release of a new version of GNU PSPP.  PSPP is a program for statistical analysis of sampled data.  It is a free replacement for the proprietary program SPSS.

Changes from 2.0.0-pre2 to 2.0.0-pre3:

  • Testsuite fix.
  • User string fix.
  • Arabic translation update.
